Andreas M. Antonopoulos is a technologist and serial entrepreneur who has become one of the most well-known and well-respected figures in bitcoin. He is the author of “Mastering Bitcoin”, published by O’Reilly Media and considered by many to be the best technical guide to bitcoin. As an engaging public speaker, teacher and writer, Andreas makes complex subjects accessible and easy to understand. As an advisor, he helps startups recognise, evaluate, and navigate security and business risks. Andreas was one of the first to use the phrase “The Internet of Money” – also the name of his new book (https://www.amazon.co.uk/Internet-Money-Andreas-M-Antonopoulos-ebook/dp/B01L9WM0H8) – to describe bitcoin and its potential impacts on humanity.

Paul Puey is CEO and Co-Founder of Airbitz, the leading single-sign-on security platform for blockchain technology and decentralized applications. Airbitz has won accolades including being one of the top 3 mobile apps for bitcoin in the 2014 Blockchain Awards, being voted in the Top 50 FinTech Companies to Watch by AlwaysOn Inc, and receiving first place in the Inside Bitcoins 2015 and Coin Agenda 2016 pitch competitions. Paul will be talking about bringing single-sign-on to blockchain technology.

Cryptography and digital currencies have presented challenging user experiences for end users when it comes to private key management. With the growth of not just bitcoin, but a slew of decentralised blockchain applications, the problem becomes exponentially more challenging. Users are required to store, encrypt, and remember encryption passwords, key mnemonics, and account files for each blockchain application. Single-sign-on solutions from Facebook and Google have been pervasive throughout centralised websites, and have brought simplicity to account management. However they lack the security and privacy necessary for blockchain apps.

Airbitz now brings the first and only Single-Sign-On solution for any blockchain, decentralised, or privacy minded application. Learn how Edge Login technology works and how to utilise it in your blockchain app.

Jack Gavigan has a background in financial technology, cyber security and trading systems, and has worked at companies like Deutsche Bank, Credit Suisse and Morgan Stanley (where he also worked as a trader). Jack has previously advised the UK government on digital currencies and blockchain technology. He is currently the COO of Zcash. Jack will present an overview of the current state of confidentiality and privacy in blockchain technology.

Pamela Morgan is an attorney, educator, entrepreneur, and public speaker. She has spent almost her entire career working in and advising small businesses. She is a widely respected authority on multi-signature governance and legal innovation using digital currencies. She is a founder and CEO of Third Key Solutions, LLC, a key management firm that provides operational consulting, audit preparation, and recovery services to companies working with digital currencies. Third Key Solutions also provides estate and continuity planning for individuals with large cryptocurrency holdings. Pamela will be speaking about the DAMN project and decentralising law.
